PORTRAITS AND HALFBODIES: $35 USD

A drawing of the subject from the chest - knee up, focusing on the upper half of their body!
- Additional characters are +$10 each
- Shading can be requested for +$5
- The background will be a simple pattern, gradient or color by default; but transparency can be requested!
- Complex or scenic backgrounds be added for +$15
I do lineless styled scenes, and can provide the finished background image without the characters in the environment if requested.

SCENES AND FULLBODIES: $45 USD

A drawing of the entire subject, head to toe!
- Additional characters are +$20 each
- Standard shading can be requested for +$5; Rendering can be requested for +$10
- The background will be a simple pattern, gradient or color by default; but transparency can be requested!
- Original backgrounds can be drawn for +$25
I do lineless styled scenes, and can provide the finished background image without the characters in the environment if requested.

PAYMENT TERMS

I. Payment for commissioned artwork is to be paid in USD via PayPal's ".me" service, through Ko-Fi's "commission" service, or CashApp payment.
II. The agreed commission price must be paid in full before the completed artwork is delivered to the client. Payment plans may be discussed on a per-client basis.
III. If payment is not received in full within 10 days (or when payment was discussed to be paid) and you haven't provided sufficient reasoning as to why, your commission will be cancelled with no refund.
IV. Cancellations may be requested by the client or issued by me at any time during the commission process. Cancellation of a commission will include a refund of payment. A 'kill fee' will be deducted from the issued refund equal to the amount of work already completed, at the following rate:
a. Art that has not been started will have a full refund
b. Sketched artwork will recieve a 70% refund on their original payment
c. Lineart or colored artwork will recieve a 30% refund on their original payment

By commissioning me, candytail, you recognize these terms of service. It is your responsibility as the commissioner to carefully read through the following terms before working with me, and by purchasing artwork from me it is assumed you understand and agree with them in full.

All artwork and media created by me, Felix Wilt, is subject to copyright protection under law. I retain intellectual property rights and/or artist rights over all of my works. Copyright infringement upon my works will be met with legal action. Claiming credit, artwork ownership, or copyright over my work is strictly prohibited. I reserve the right to make any changes to these Terms of Service at any time, which will become effective immediately upon posting the updated terms.

I do not allow the use of my work in personal or commercial environments without being explicitly discussed beforehand. These forbidden uses include (but are not limited to): using artwork you have not purchased as an avatar, profile picture, or header on social platforms; the use of my personal original characters or their associated artwork, even if not created by myself, including creating transformative work of their likenesses; the use of my business name, brand identifiers, or logo works; tracing, editing, printing or otherwise transforming my artwork; cropping out, drawing over, erasing or otherwise editing my watermarks and signatures; any and all use of my works in an attempt to pose as me, perform scams, or use in hateful or offensive ways. Unauthorized usage of my work will be handled swiftly, promptly, and legally if needed.

I do not consent to any artwork or media I have created being used in the assistance or creation of AI art generation, any and all cryptocurrencies, or NFT / blockchain-related technology.

No depictions of copyrighted or trademarked brand names, merchandise, or logoworks in my artwork are intended to infringe on copyright, threaten commercial use or sales, imply incorrect intellectual ownership, or slander. Appropriate and creative measures are taken to avoid infringing on others’ copyrighted property or intellectual work, and to creatively transform said work as necessary for fair use. Depictions of copyrighted content or material within my artwork is intended as a means to positively engage with the property portrayed, such as creating "fanart.” The sale of artwork containing copyrighted work is not intended to infringe upon or damage the market for or value of any depicted intellectual property (IP).

COMMISSIONED ARTWORK TERMS

I. I retain artist ownership to all art I create, and may use finished commissioned artwork as examples of my work on social media
II. You may request that your commissioned artwork remain private and unposted upon commissioning me, or deleted/removed from my websites and connected medias at any time after, for no additional fee.
III. I reserve the right to deny any commission, I will always try to provide reasoning for why.
IV. I will not use artwork commissioned from me by clients as branding, such as social media identifiers like avatars and headers, to create merchandise or physical products, or to resell or redistribute in any way. I will not claim ownership over any subjects or characters depicted in the artwork. I will not intentionally share the full resolution and/or unwatermarked files in a way that permits their download, nor will I provide anyone other than the client with these files or the source / layered art files if requested.
V. Clients may freely use artwork they have commissioned from me for personal use, which includes but isn't limited to: use as social media avatars, profile pictures and headers; personal printing of the artwork in small quantities; displaying or posting of the commissioned piece on the client’s social media, personal galleries, or character profiles.
VI. Commercial use of commissioned artwork is not permitted without having been discussed with me directly during the commissioning process. I will require the purchase of a commercial licensing fee in all cases, the price of which may vary between artworks and clients. Artist royalties may also need to be paid, depending on the intended commercial usage of the art purchased.
a. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: use of artwork in branding or advertising, as graphics and emotes in which the client is collecting revenue or payment through sale, subscriptions, or donations; printing of the artwork as physical copies or merchandise for sale.
b. Resale or transfer of commercial rights to the commissioned piece must be discussed with me by both parties involved in the transaction, in which case the commercial licensing fee and/or artist’s royalties must be renewed by the recipient.
VII. Standard commission turnaround time can be up to 48 hours to up to 2 months, depending on how full the queue is. The client will be updated thoroughly throughout the commissioning process, including work-in-progress, unfinished pieces. If anything comes up that may delay the commission reaching the client in a timely manner, the client will be notified promptly.
VIII. All commissioned artwork must remain credited to me in some way that is visible when the art is being displayed. Credit for personal use is appreciated as a username mention on social medias or artist's credits to this website. Credit for commissioned commercial artwork must include a username mention and a link back to my website, candytail.carrd.co

ARTISTIC CAPABILITIES

I am willing to draw the following fetishes;

If you're worried about a character you'd like drawn, just ask!

g. Slobbish or Messy Eating, Gas, Scat, or Watersports/Omorashi; the only fluids I work with are blood & cum!
